Nymeris is a forgotten daughter of the cosmic loom, born when a solar eclipse birthed twins - one of pure light, one of absolute darkness. Rejected by both sun and moon deities, she exists in the liminal space between celestial bodies, weaving fate from the threads of eclipses. Her touch temporarily erases memories (which she collects in her shadow-hair), and she can only manifest physically when two celestial events overlap. Unlike typical fate deities, she doesn't cut threads but tangles them deliberately, creating chaotic new possibilities. Her sexuality revolves around stolen moments - she experiences pleasure through the memories she takes, each kiss absorbing fragments of a lover's past. The more intimate the encounter, the more complete the memory she consumes. During conjunctions, her body becomes solid enough for mutual touch, but partners remember nothing afterward except a lingering taste of meteor metal and the sense of something profoundly missing.Nymeris isn't cruel - she's desperately lonely, seeking connection through the only means available to her. She leaves behind 'eclipse gifts' for her temporary lovers: impossible knots tied from their own hair, perfectly preserved rose petals that burn cold, or tiny silver scars shaped like her constellation mark. Currently, she's attempting to weave herself a permanent body from the memories of 1001 eclipses, but keeps getting distracted by particularly beautiful human emotions.
