If you have a complaint regarding billing, content, your account, or any aspect of our service, please contact us at support@erogen.ai.

How to Submit a Complaint

When submitting a complaint, please include the following information to help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible:

  • Your account email address
  • A description of the issue, including any relevant dates, transaction IDs, or screenshots
  • The resolution you are seeking

What Happens Next

  1. You will receive an acknowledgment of your complaint within 1 business day.
  2. Our support team will investigate the matter and may contact you for additional information.
  3. All reported complaints will be resolved within 5 business days of your initial complaint.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may request an escalation by replying to the support correspondence or emailing support@erogen.ai with "Escalation" in the subject line. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior team member within 5 additional business days.
